Hayabusa Shin Guards Review

As any fighter can tell you, having the right equipment for training is one of the most important factors in a successful career. Fighting is a dangerous sport and many injuries happen during training. Fortunately, the right equipment can help you avoid getting and participate in injury free training sessions.

Damaging your shins isn't something anyone should do. As someone who's had a leg kick checked before, I am qualified to tell you that it absolutely sucks. Luckily, sparring with shin guards on eliminates this painful problem.

Hayabusa is a very trusted brand with MMA training equipment and their shin guards are definitely a testament to that fact. They're made with excellent padding, making a checked leg kick feel very soft and allowing you to continue your sparring session.

I've used several types of shin guards over my years training, including pairs I've owned and others I've borrowed from my school or training partners. I can say, without a doubt, my Hayabusa's are my favorite.

Unlike others I've worn, they aren't super tight around the foot area, causing annoyance when wearing them. I can check kicks without causing pain to my training partners and I can also take a checked kick without screaming in pain myself. They're actually quite comfortable and I often keep them on when grappling, so they're great for that too.

I've had this pair for about 6 months now and there's no visible wear and tear on them. They're very durable and I love them! I recommend them to anyone who wants to train without beating the hell out of their legs, beginners or experts.

If you're looking for a long lasting pair of MMA shin guards, these babies are the best ones for you!
